Victoria is a plush stegosaurus who belongs to Michael's sister, Melissa. She is old, wise, and occasionally bossy, but also highly respected by Johnson and his friends. When she first met the other toys, they were terrified of her, with the exception of Squeaky. She quickly became firm friends with the group and frequently visited the room to offer advice in times of trouble. She often visits the toys in Michael's room, as Melissa is seemingly losing interest in her - as a result, she has been "swapped" numerous times, dealing a heavy blow to her self-esteem. As the series progresses, Victoria becomes less dependent on Melissa and spends most of her time with Michael's toys.
